HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PART IS IN GOOD Condition?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

At NB-Powersports, we take pride in our swift shipping and efficient processing to ensure you receive your parts promptly. All orders are processed within 24 hours of checkout and handed over to reliable carriers like USPS or UPS. For shipments within the lower 48 states, anticipate transit times of 1-5 days, contingent on your distance from Texas. International shipment durations may vary, with estimated arrival times provided during checkout. Rest assured, we offer tracking for all orders, allowing you to monitor the status at your convenience. Keep in mind that tracking data may take up to 24 hours to appear. While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors like USPS or UPS delays may occur. WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PART?

In the rare case that a part is defective, damaged, or you have been sent the wrong part, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will take care of it for you! If the part looks to be damaged in shipment, please save all packing materials, and take photos of the condition of the package and damage to the part. We will gladly assist you in solving the issue. HOW DO I KNOW IF A PART WILL FIT MY BIKE?

At NB-Powersports, our commitment to accuracy extends to our comprehensive vehicle fitment chart featured in each listing. We meticulously link all Manufacturers OEM part numbers with each item, providing a precise list of compatible models. While the vehicle fitment chart is a reliable guide, it's important to note that parts for different years or models may have distinct part numbers yet remain compatible. In such cases, the specific part numbers may not be displayed in the fitment chart. If you have inquiries regarding part fitment, including fork conversions, wheel swaps, motor swaps, and more, feel free to reach out to us before making a purchase. Our experienced team has undertaken various conversions and possesses extensive knowledge of fitment, ensuring your confidence in finding the right parts for your needs

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / REFUND POLICY?


"At NB-Powersports, we value your satisfaction, and we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your confidence in our products. If you wish to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s), please be aware that a 15% restocking fee may apply (excluding defective, incorrect, or damaged items). To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original/new condition, unused, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@NB-Powersports.com. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with the wrong item, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately to address the issue.

Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, products damaged due to installation or user error, custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and/or gases. If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us.

For exchanges, the quickest way to receive the desired item is to return the original purchase, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY / DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Certainly! At NB-Powersports, shipping costs for all orders to the lower 48 states will be calculated at checkout. For international shipments and items going to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, etc., shipping costs will also be determined during the checkout process. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Kindly monitor your tracking number for any updates. If the status indicates 'delivered' or has been consistently in transit without progress, we encourage you to contact us promptly.
